Since the announcement of the announcement, it has completely banned the import of textiles from North Korea; it has banned the export of condensate and liquefied natural gas to North Korea; since October 1, 2017, it has restricted the export of refined petroleum products to North Korea. This announcement will be implemented as of September 23, 2017.

Since 0:00 on September 5, no import procedures (including goods that have been accepted by the customs but have not yet been released) have been processed. Thereafter, the above-mentioned products entering the country will be treated as prohibited from importing goods.
